Your privacy matters to us. This explains what information we receive about you through the website, how we use it and what rights you have.
Data controller

What we collect
When you fill in the valuation or contact form, you send us your name, phone and/or email, the property address and whatever you write in your message. It is used only to reply to you and follow up your enquiry.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and on steps you request before a possible agreement (art. 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted when no longer needed. Documents relating to an assignment are kept for ten years, as required by Norwegian estate agency regulations.
Sharing
We do not share your data with others unless needed to carry out an assignment, you have consented, or we are legally obliged. The website is hosted by Vercel; form emails are sent via an email provider under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (post@datatilsynet.no).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, so we do not ask for consent for them. Maps and images are served from our own servers. If you follow a link to FINN, Google Maps or viewing registration, that service's privacy rules apply.
